I have a Den Leader that I need to remove Den Leader permissions from, and return them to just having a regular parent role. In the new Scoutbook Plus Permissions Manager, their check granting Den permissions is grayed out and I cannot edit it. In Legacy Scoutbook, I could go into the Den Leader’s profile and term their Den Leader role to remove permissions. How do I accomplish this in Scoutbook Plus? Is this something our COR needs to do? I am CC with Pack admin access. Thank you for your guidance!
You would need to remove them from the Den Leader Role - you could change the registration to some thing else like Unite Scouter Reserve. Or removing the Den LEader from the Den in the SB+ Roster would also achieve alot of it as they would not be assigned to scouts then. @KristenRibe
If the den leader is going back to “just a parent”, I would change their registered position to Unit Scouter Reserve. This can be done either in Permissions Manager in SB+ or my.scouting.org.
Either change will take until the next day to be fully reflected in SB+.
