I am the Advancement coordinator for my troop and I am missing the “import merit badge advancements extension” on my profile. How can this be added?

This is part of the the volunteer written and supported Feature Assistant Extension for Scoutbook for Chrome and Firefox. Search the Chrome or Firefox extension stores for Scoutbook.

Does it have a name? Or is it just “import merit badge advancements”?

It is the Feature Assistant Extension for Scoutbook. It provides many additional features including the Import MB feature.

Can you tell me why it uploaded the merit badges but not the completed rank requirements?

Because only MB uploads are supported. You have to use Quick Entry to enter rank requirements from camp.
