I can only see the "Scout" rank for all of my troop

I just went into Scoutbook Plus. On the roster, I can see that multiple scouts are higher rank, but when I go into their profile, I can only see the “Scout” rank. There is no option for “view all” and I cannot arrow through to higher ranks when I select a scout. Anyone else having this issue?

and I kind of do not understand what you are saying. When you say “View All” do you mean “View More”? Is there not a list of Ranks like this
