I have an application that i can not accept

  3. chrome/firefox
  4. yes, cache cleared and no proxy
  5. I have an APPLICATION ID201548037 / (removed by Moderator)

step 3 is grayed out and can not proeed. I have spoken to council folks and left many messages. No one has returned my calls.

@Edward_ConcepcionEdw Are you trying to accept a youth application? Or an adult application?

The Chartered Org. Rep. or COR Delegate are the only ones who can accept adult applications.

Am adult. He is a parent that is taking over as scoutmaster.

@Edward_ConcepcionEdw yes then you as Chair do not have authority to approve them - only the COR (or COR Delegate) can approve Adult Leaders

I left no less that 4 messages and have spoken to several folks at the council, in turn getting forwarded to that persons voicemail. I will try again.

@Edward_ConcepcionEdw looks like your COR (Chartered Org Rep) is an employee of Bethlehem Pres - Initials JH - they can sign into my.scouting.org and approve the Application - they can also make a COR Delegate so someone more connected to the troop can do it
