2 adults stuck in my Application Manager (Craig Cole, Troop 918, Fairfax, VA) -
The application manager wording is that they are Awaiting Reassignment to another unit by the District, The George Mason District doesn’t know why they are not being transferred to our troop.

The first person is (removed by Moderator). #13148646 (NCAC) and another is (removed by Moderator) - #134093787

*Thank you! for any help with this. Happy to have someone call me or e-mail. Craig Cole -#132626680

@CraigCole - adult apps need to be accepted by the Charter Org Rep or they will be re-assigned

They can reassign them back to your unit.

Even thought I’m a key 3 (troop chair) they have to be received by the Charter Org Rep?

@CraigCole - that is correct you can only make a recommendation

Thank you. Will let you both know what happens.

@CraigCole - as further information - from the BSA Membership Rules and Regulations:

Unit Leaders. Unit leaders must be selected and approved by the chartered organization and are subject to the approval of the local council and the Boy Scouts of America. Unit leaders must be 21 years of age or older when registering, except that assistant Cubmasters, assistant Scoutmasters, assistant den leaders, and assistant Webelos den leaders must be 18 years of age or older. Chartered organizations may remove or refuse to renew the unit registration of unit leaders when the unit committee and chartered organization representative agree that the Scouter’s service is no longer desired or required.

There is a COR delegate functional role that only the COR can set if they are willing to allow you to approve adult apps on their behalf.
