Issue accepting a youth application

I am the Committee Chair for my Pack and I recently got an email telling me that I had an application which needed to be processed. This surprised me because we have it set to automatically accept youth applications.

Anyway I went into my.scouting.org and found sure enough there is an app there:

So I clicked on the app and I can see it is paid:

Then I went to approve it and I hit an interesting error - RegistrationFee not found for given applicationId:

I contacted my Council who said they cannot process apps on their end and to have my COR try. My COR tried and hit the same issue. I am guessing this app unfortunately came in during our recent issues. Can we sort this out quickly to get this Scout into our roster?

You could talk to council so you Reasign it and maybe they Assign back to you - to see if that clears it? Or the parents can go back to my.scouting > click my application and withdraw it and try again

Your council should be able to look for a clue of what the issue it

Unfortunately this is an issue that must be addressed via your Council. They can open a ticket with Scouting America Member Care if they do not know how to solve it.

Bounced this around and back to me and still can’t accept it. Council opened a ticket with National.
