I have two accounts under the same email

For some reason I have two scout book accounts under the same email and only have access to one of them and it only has info up to 2021

I have the same issue. I have two accounts under the same email address. It happened when I was a den leader for two different packs simultaneously. Can you help me reconcile my account, please?
