Duplicate Account Under Two Member IDs

We have a Pack Leader who I think has a duplicate account. When he logs into Scoutbook he only sees his oldest son and it shows Member ID 110319062. When I log into Scoutbook and look at his Pack Leader account I see Member ID 14843583. Both are attributed to the same email address. I think the earlier number was from when he was a Boy Scout as it is from a different council. Could these accounts be merged? Is there a better way to report this other than the forums?
Thanks in advance for the help.

The leader can put both numbers under one my.scouting login.

They can go to my.scouting → left side pull-down menu → Manage Member ID

This will only work if the full name on each account matches, however.

The SUAC folks can assist by merging the Scoutbook accounts afterward, although some might also have access to put the IDs under management.

@NicholasSindorf This leader’s Scoutbook accounts have been merged.

I would recommend having a Pack Admin take a look at his positions. It looks like he has 2 Den Admin positions for the same den, which might potentially cause issues.

I would recommend that he contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his children. In the “Relationships” section, they should double-check that he is listed as parent only under BSA 14843583. They should remove him if listed as parent under other BSA numbers. Otherwise, his BSA numbers might get switched at the next Recharter.

Thanks @JenniferOlinger!! I was able to remove the Den Leader/Den Admin roles and add it back so only one entry. I will have the Den Leader check his account now, but it looks much better from my side.
Also, thanks for the tip for recharter. That is coming up in a month, so will validate soon.
