I just want to finalize a merit badge

I was sent a connection by a unit leader to connect with a Scout’s record to complete a merit badge, but when I click on the Scout’s name in my connections, I get an error.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

@MarkBruno In Scoutbook (legacy), please use “My Merit Badge Counseling” instead of going through My Connections.

If the merit badge is complete, you can use:

Quick Entry for MB Counselors → Sign Completed Merit Badges
