I updated a Bear Cub's last requirements, and SB+ says "Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement"

I received proof that a Cub completed the last requirements for an Adventure a month ago, so I went in and updated his record for the adventure marking these requirements as accepted and approved with the completion date.. It successfully updated the requirements, but would not let me mark the adventure itself s approved. So I refreshed the page, and the result showed the adventure approved with the date of the last requirement completed. I also got a notice that the adventure belt loop needed to be pruchased. OK so far,

But the page now says that:
Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement or you do not have permission to edit advancements.

So I will not be able to mark this as awarded.

Opening the Bear page in a new window, it gets weirder. It now says that the youth cannot work on this rank. New pack, we are not planning to promote until July 1st.

So I advance to the Webelos rank for this youth. Now I get a different message also stating that he cannot work on Webelos.

So can someone explain what is going on. This is terrible nanny-ware, that is trying to control the Pack’s activity. As I said we are a new pack, that started in the middle of the normal year, and June is our clean-up month. We start the next cycle in July this year.

Any suggestions or help on how to get around this issue?

When I went to get this everything looked normal. I attempted to mark it as awarded, just in case. Lo and behold. Everything returned to the error state again. Must be a bug somewhere.

@CharlesHoffman it looks like cache to me - try an incognito window

Yes. 142228498, Thank you. For some reason the Member ID dropped the initial “1” yesterday when I copied it from the roster page. Sigh.

I logged in this morning, and everything looked correct.

Refreshed the page, and it returned to the error state.

@CharlesHoffman Could you try logging in to Scoutbook Plus using an incognito window / private window in your browser?

Signed in on an incognito window. Everything looks correct.

On refresh, it once again returns to the error state.

@CharlesHoffman

This appears to be a bug that activates when refreshing a Cub Scout’s rank or adventure page. I’ll get it reported.

Just for grins, tried the same action on another Cub, different rank, different adventure. Same results. Refreshing a page seems to trigger this error.

This time it took a second refresh to kick off the bug.
Thanks!
