I have a cub scout the completed the last adventure from last year after the scout year end. When I go to update his work in Scoutbook it says he is ineligible to receive the award. How do I go about updating his completed work so I can award him for his work?
@FaySautter Is the Cub Scout in the correct den level for the adventure?
The scout was a wolf last year as of the last day of May. Since I was notified of the completion after that I was unable to update then. The scout was migrated to the next rank by our committee chair. I have tried to put that scout back in the old rank to update the adventure but it still did not work.

Did you move the Scout to a Wolf Den then try to update the adventure? If the Scout already earned Bear, that could be blocking. The easiest thing to do is probably ask your Council registrar to record the missing adventure.
You all got me thinking I may have done things incorrectly. I removed my scout from the new den he was put into and placed him back into the old wolf den. I then went into his profile, found his last years work, went to adventure I needed and was able to update the requirements without issues. I then put him back into the new den with everything correct.
I guess it takes two heads at times to do something right. My scout is now all set and correct.
