Since scouts do ILST at the Unit level, I would expect a SM can add this info toa scout record. I found a string that this was an issue in 2019, and it appears was resolved in 2022. but I see no way to do this. OLST should be a activity like tot-n-chip or there should be trainings that set that should be available for unit leaders to add for unit leader trainings.

You should be able to add training at my.Scouting using the Training Manager.
Training for scouts in my troop who just went through ILST are added in my scouting.org?? I do nto see anything for this type of input.
@JohnAlexy - best advice is to have someone who knows what they are doing in my.scouting.org to add it in training manager.
