Hi all,
I have being trying to import troop activities from Troop Master ™ to Scoutbook. I have tried exporting the records from TM in CSV file and converted to .txt as well (pipe delimited). However, none of these options worked. I even exported a excel file (.CSV) from Scoutbook and tried to match the record format by manually entering the Troop Master data in that format for service, hiking and camping records and again tried with .txt and .csv files to import using “Import File” link under “Advancement” within Roaster menu in Scoutbook plus (Roster | Scoutbook Plus), but it keep complaining about using .txt pipe delimited file that did.
Error: Advancement import file must be a pipe-delimited text file.
Sample of import file used (In addition to csv etc.). Not sure if this is the right option. If not, please advise any options for bulk upload and provide the template/sample for service projects, camping and hiking records to be imported Scoutbook plus.
