Incoming Application not on Desktop view only Mobile

Incoming application id 201816411 is only viewable on mobile, not in desktop view. Should there be a view in the my.scouting.org Unit’s Application Manager that shows incoming applications not checked out (unpaid)? These applications also don’t send an email notification to the unit leaders that an application wasn’t completed and requires a manual review in the mobile app to discover it, not on the desktop view.

Work Around for tracking: Applicaiton is incomplete (not paid) so I created a New Lead in desktop view for tracking this application through closure.
