Individual Advancement Reports was better as one page(excluding extra mb’s)
We print out these reports every meeting and pass them out.
Now they are printing on two pages for everyone, even the new guys.
Please fix it so it is back on one page. Smaller font is fine, please!!!

The overflow to a 2nd page is being discussed but as the BSA adds more requirements to ranks, this will eventually be impossible to fix.

Instead of printing the IAR for every meeting, why don’t you teach your Scouts how to use Scoutbook so they can check their records at any time? The IAR should not change that much in a week that each Scout needs a new hardcopy.

They could also use their handbooks and out checks in the left column.

Depending on who’s using these reports (Scouts?, youth leaders?, parents?) and how they are using them, Report Builder might be an option.
