Troop CC here. I have one scout that did some (SM approved) conservation service on her own, last weekend, to add to her rank requirements.

Looks like the only way to add this service to her record is to create a troop event w/ her as the only participant, plus two approved adults? I mean, I can put myself and the scoutmaster, but we didn’t participate and shouldn’t get credit.

@RenaTakahashi - you can add the log without an event.

Go to Activity Logs, not calendar, and you can just enter the service - or the scout can sign in and do it themself.

The Activity Logs (service hours) can be created with just the Scout as the only participant.

Thank you! I -thought- there was a way for the scout to do it herself but couldn’t find the magic incantation to get me to the correct screen.
