Entering Individual Service History verses Unit Service Activity in Internet Advancement

I have a scout who has emailed me some service hours that they have done and would like them recorded into Internet Advancement. I can log Unit Service Activity just fine, but I can’t figure out how to log an individual scout’s service hours where it doesn’t appear as a “Unit Service Activity” that others could then add themselves to this scout’s activities.

Have you had Scouts do that before? You do have to “approve” their entries.

We have entered activities with only one scout without issue.
