Ineligible for OA?

Scout in OA showing up on ineligible for OA report?

@RachelRios What information is filled in for the Scout on the Scout’s profile:

Personal Info. → Scouting Information

His profile seems filled in. Eagle rank, scouting #, past positions, last rank as cub arrow of light.

What could be missing?

The OA information.

What’s filled in there?

@RachelRios - the date joined scouts bsa is also filled in ?

If the Scout is already in the Order of the Arrow (as stated in the original post), then that probably means that the OA information is not filled in on the Scout’s profile page (Personal Info. tab).

If the Scout is not yet a member of the OA (has not completed the Ordeal), and if the report says that the Scout is not eligible, then that most likely means that the Scout does not meet the camping eligibility requirements within the two years immediately prior to the election.

The OA eligibility report in Scoutbook uses the information from the Activity Logs (Camping Log), and camping log entries must be marked as approved by an adult leader in the troop. If the camping log is maintained somewhere else, like a third-party tracking system, then Scoutbook won’t have access to that information.

This was the solution! Thank you, I would have never looked there, thinking it was personal info.
