I have a parent who “thought” they submitted their adult application and paid, but it hasn’t shown up yet. I do see it in the initiated application report though. My question…is there a way for you to see if there is a glitch or user error if I provide the ID number?
@AndrewBrewer - adult apps need to be approved by the COR and will not complete until the criminal background check comes back clear.
Council can help for issues like this @AndrewBrewer

Sorry, that’s not what I meant.
The application didn’t show up at all on the summary screen. I do see it in the initiated applications report, as if it were started but not submitted.
Bravo, good job finding the initiated application. Most folks don’t know that report exists.
Best guess, ask your council registrar.
I don’t know how an applicant can find and complete an initiated application once they have left it.
