Missing Application in Application Manager

I am the committee chair for cub scout pack 1666. I am receiving reminder emails about an adult application that needs action, but when I access Application Manager, there are no pending applications. The applicant’s last name was spelled incorrectly and there was some support provided to correct that, and it seems like his disappearing application coincided with that name change. Is his application still in the system and will it appear again in Application Manager or should he resubmit his application?

Note: the GUID in my application manager URL is 69C45C47-EECB-4A15-8892-68EA3B682B97 which seems to be associated with pack 1666.

@AaronTrionfi- additionally, the Charter Org Rep would be involved in adult applications not the committee chair unless the check box for CC input is checked.

yeah - unless that odd Chair must first approve Adults first is on - that is a COR issue.

The COR does need to do the approval, but I am notified that the application is in the queue and can see them in Application Manager (but I cannot approve them).

@AaronTrionfi- yes as a key 3 that would make sense.. but ultimately this is not your task to approve or disapprove and adult application
