There appear to be two issues with the International Spirit Award in Scoutbook.
First, although the award has no restrictions by rank (as of the Sept. 2024 printing/version), it is not possible to record it for Cub Scouts in a Lion den.
Second, once the award is recorded as earned, Scoutbook does show it in the Needs Awarding Report, but does not list the emblem in the Needs Purchasing Report. It is not showing up in Scoutbook Plus or Scoutbook Legacy with the other awards that need to be purchased.
The emblem is not restricted so these issues can be overcome, but leaders who rely on the purchasing report might not know to not trust it for this award and scouts might miss out on getting the emblem. Any assistance in getting this corrected would be much appreciated.

@WhitneyD I assume you mean #1 does not auto record for lions - I do not think it does for any rank
@DonovanMcNeil The award does not exist at all in Scoutbook for Lions. When I go to awards for a scout in a Lion den, the only awards listed are:
- Cub Scout Shooting Sports Award: Lion (Retired 6/1/24)
- Messengers of Peace v2023
- Messengers of Peace Ambassador v2023
- Messengers of Peace Champion v2023
- Messengers of Peace Distinguished Service Project v2023
- Recruiter
- Religious Knot Award
For all other ranks, it is included in the main list of awards, but it is missing for Lions. Here’s a screenshot of what I see for Lions:
