I am still fairly new to IA 2.0 and we use TM 2.0. I have had problems running advancement reports from IA 2.0 and get an error message “Report Could Not Be Loaded” in a new window and when I close that window, I get an additional message “Invalid Request - UserID must be a number”. I am already logged in and have added ranks (I’m Committee Chair). I am also not seeing many of the three dot options on advancements. Since this kept happening in Chrome, I tried in Microsoft Edge and I had no problem seeing everything and was able to run the report without errors. Next time I logged in with Edge, it no longer worked for me and still does not in Chrome.
Did you ever get this resolved? that UserID error usually means you were importing something for a scout that has left your unit
