Invitation Manager

New to the Invitation Manager. I’ve responded to a lead that came in. What is the intended purpose of the “Close Lead” and “Complete” buttons? At what point should I be “closing” a lead, and at what point do we mark it “complete”?

I just want to make sure that I’m using the tool correctly and as intended.

Close the lead if you’re no longer following up on the lead and they didn’t join. Complete it if they join the unit. Reassign to district if they are still interested but your unit is not a good fit.
