I need your help regarding the invitation manager of Scout Book. I think it is a great tool with one major flaw. Besides it going into pending reassignment even though there may be recent comments on that task I also just experienced several of my active leads as you can see below in green that didn’t even go to pending reassignment and were just closed.
Membership is the most important thing with scouts and really need this to be right. I do sales and have used multiple CRM lead generator recruiting tools like the Coast Guard Auxiliary as well and Scoutbook is great. I however through my asking of questions think it is totally under utilized due to this one flaw or the thought that leads put in will go to other packs.
On the plus side I love this tool as long as it keeps the leads in the correct statuses without automatically changing. It helps keep recruiting leads organized and able to follow up easily and already has proved to be useful.
Red is correct to close. Either duplicate, or did not join
Green is an active lead
Blue is a lead converted to a now active registered scout
