Possibly. I haven’t seen any issues like that on the app at the troop level, but that could just be happenstance. Besides, any parent should be able to mark something Complete in the app, unit scouter or not, which is what the screenshots are showing. If it were turning up as Leader Approved after interacting with the app, I would be more suspicious that it’s a permissions interaction thing.
