Is there a way to run report on Scoutbook that providea the joining date for every scout in the troop?

  • date joined unit?
  • date joining a BSA scouting program
  • both?

If you’re just trying to flag the folks who don’t have a “Date Joined Scouts BSA” entered in their Scoutbook profile, you can run the OA Eligibility Report. It may take some time to run, but it flags (and links to) the scouts who don’t have one. At least it did the last time I ran it, which was before the splitting of profile data.

Depending on what you plan to do with the information, you can use Roster Builder Manager (different from Report Builder Manager) to create a custom report or you can use the OA Eligibility Report.
