- When uploading a new Merit Badge Counselor (MBC) List, the Council Admin can update the text of the e-mail sent to MBCs that are added to or removed from the list. The e-mail sent to new MBCs will automatically contain the list of Merit Badges and visibility for that MBC. To change the e-mail sent, click the “Edit E-mails sent to MBC” before uploading the MBC list.
