- An issue that prevented selecting parents of Scouts without an e-mail address when sending a Payment Log balance message has been fixed.

- An issue that caused an Invalid Value error when uploading a profile picture has been fixed.
- An issue that caused ranks to show 0% complete when a leader who is also a Merit Badge Counselor viewed a youth profile has been fixed.

- An issue that caused some users to receive a Rank not found error when trying to mark ranks completed has been fixed.
- Reports
- An issue that caused the Scouts BSA History Report and Individual Advancement Record to report the wrong unit type (Boy, Girl, Family) has been fixed.
New Features
- Advancement Import
- The tool tip on the Import File link on the Roster page has been updated to indicate this link does not support importing files from Black Pug.
- Calendar
- When RSVP is enabled, calendar reminders can be sent to either those who responded Yes or those who responded Yes, Maybe or did not reply.
- Merit Badge Counselor Connection
- Scoutbook Plus will now display the error Member is not a registered Youth Member in the Troop, Crew, or Ship. when trying to connect to a youth that is not registered.
- Merit Badge Counselor Search
- When searching for a Merit Badge Counselor (MBC) by name, Scoutbook Plus now allows 3 characters plus a * wildcard or 2 characters (exact match only) in the first or last name fields.
