In legacy Scoutbook my Key 3 Delegate permissions for all four units I assist with registration/leader assignment changes have disappeared. (1) I only have one BSA ID, (2) My registration is current until 12/31/2005, (3) I am multiple with four units, and (4) my position as Key 3 Delegate shows up under positions in my.scouting.org. Any ideas?
@RobertAcker you would need to be more specific on what you think is missing
@RobertAcker It looks like your Pack Admin role was ended in Scoutbook. You could ask another Pack Admin to go into Scoutbook (legacy) and remove the end date, then make sure that the position is approved (green shield with checkmark).
The other Troop Admin / Crew Admin positions look OK.
Key 3 Delegate and other Functional Roles have expiration dates based on when they were assigned (they may not match your registration). Check to see if if it is expired. If it is a Key 3 will need to add you back.
I’m also having a issue like that but only for 3 new scouts that just joined
@justinhigginbotham1 It looks like you are registered as a Committee Chair. You do not also need the functional role of Key 3 Delegate at my.Scouting, because you are delegating permissions to yourself that you already have.
You also had a duplicate Scoutbook account, which has been merged.
Try re-setting your Pack Admin role. In Scoutbook (legacy), go to your Pack Roster page, click on your name, click on your Pack Admin role, and then Update to save.
Then log all the way out and try again.
@justinhigginbotham1 this is a known issue
so just wait till its fixed and update them later from paper copies
