Hi,
I am one of the 3 assigned Key 3 delegates for our troop. We have been trying for months to update the Key 3 delegates as I am retiring from the position.
We want to assign SW (Id 13891669) as an additional Key 3 delegate but when I try to save the change I get an error message that maximum count has been reached even though there is only ONE person assigned (me). We would really appreciate some help with this issue.
@DiyanaMiriyala - what does it show for K3D at my.scouting.org?
@DiyanaMiriyala in your MYST Roster I see 3 K3Ds - check there, and this is an action it is unlikely you can succeed doing as you will have to remove yourself to add someone else - someone else needs to take the actions.
Actually our Committee Chair tried to remove 2 of the Key 3 delegates in my.scouting months ago. They turned grey but are still listed there and he cannot remove them. We reached out to our Council Registrar. They couldn’t do it either, she has some ticket to National that does nothing so far. We have been on this for 2 months.
I tried assigning SW Advancement and Activities permissions, but when I click save I get a message that the change was successful and it will be available after 24 hours. But after 24 hours she is again only allowed to do reports.
Can you please help us connect with someone who can resolve this.
@DiyanaMiriyala council can do this - I imagine the old K3D registrations where already expired so they were in a grace period. If council opened a National Membercare ticket that will handle it.
seems like a bug - the functional role rolled to renew status which makes no sense
