We have 2 leaders with Functional Roles of Key 3 Delegate that have access to Scoutbook+ but cannot make any changes with the recent switover from Scoutbook to Scoutbook+. We are a Coed Troop 427 in Samoset Council. This is very frustrating as we are getting ready for a Court of Honor and we need certain leaders to have access to approve awards. What are the next steps to get this to work.
Also we are a large troop of over 45 scouts so we also need more than the current Functional Role of Key 3 Delegate access. We have Patrol mentors that should be allowed access to make changes as they were able to do in Scoutbook. Very frustrating for our unit.
