I have an ASM, 137395880, who shows in Scoutbook roster, although there is a yellow exclamation mark next to her name that, when I hover over it, it says “not on official roster in My.Scouting. When I go to My.Scouting, she is there in the roster but with a different ID 141245104. She does NOT appear in the Scoutbook Plus roster, however when I click on “edit Profile” in Scoutbook, it takes me to her profile in Scoutbook Plus.
It sounds like this issue has now been addressed in this other thread?
