Leader list after re-charter who isn't on charter in scoutbook

Hi,
I have a leader listed post re-charter who wasn’t part of the re-charter, but is still listed in Scoutbook. He isn’t listed in my.scouting.org’s roster. Is there a way to re-sync between the two again, or have him removed?

@RyanHendrickson Have a unit Admin put an end date on his position.
