Our roster on my.scouting.org for our Troop is accurate but the scoutbook roster has been out of date for a long time since or recharter for both adults and scouts. Is there anything we need to do to remove or old scouts/leaders or add new leaders? We had a new scout join recently and he is showing up in scoutbook but some of our leaders are not and old scouts are still listed.
Usually once the recharter grace period ends, the old Scouts will be dropped from your roster. You can also do what is in this guide: How do I remove a Scout from Scoutbook (SB) - Scoutbook Knowledge Base
