COR accepted leader online, leader shows on Scouting.org report. Leader isn’t showing up on org chart nor in Scoutbook. When I try to add leader in Scoutbook. I receive the “No record found that satisfies the search criteria message”. This isn’t the first time this has happened to one of our leaders. Are we missing a step? I feel like there is a disconnect between these systems.

When did this leader get approved? Has the criminal background check (CBC) been completed?

How do I get her to show up in scoutbook?

Talk to Council - they need to finish the registration
yeah YPT expired 10/15/24 - and retook 2/16/25 - so I imagine Council did a manual erase of position and did not know to add it back
