I am unable as the committee chair to change permissions for other leaders. Specifically we just added an advancement chair and that leader isn’t able to see any other scouts. How can I fix this?
I know to go to the leader and click on them to add persmissions but it gives me a “whoops” screen and says to come here and ask for help.
@LisaScott - you would add the functional role of advancement chair in my.scouting.org Organization Manager > Position Manager and for permissions you would need to be in the the unit roster > connection manager in scoutbook. And for the whoops issue it has been pointed out MANY times in other threads to do a hard refresh when on the whoop page.
