I have two leaders that need to be able to print reports. The “add role” button is not longer there in legacy Scoutbook and I can see in Scoutbook Plus how to add/modify a position. I have read through other posts, but can’t pin down a solution.
BSA ID 133023985 and ID 14523548 are getting an error when they go to print reports. Any thoughts on what might be happening?

@TiffanyBeffel- first thing is to avoid legacy scoutbook except for MBC work and pay logs. Second have you looked at this
The permission manager is where you assign permission and position rights.
Thank you for sending that @Stephen_Hornak. Other posts had a link to that and it landed on a page that couldn’t be found, so this is great to see this.
@TiffanyBeffel- sure thing. If you can recall where the broken links are I can take a look. Working through and updating the help pages takes a bit of time.
I also got that notice today. Member ID 14700127. When I pull reports, I can only see my daughter. None of the other scouts show up. I was trying to pull a roster report with the information I need for summer camp.
@BrittanyTignor- you have to click on the new report then select custom roster report. What were you trying to do ?
