Just want to know if I’m missing anything obvious. I’ve been having trouble for a while printing pocket certificates and have also realized that this extends into printing in store purchase orders as well. When I attempt to print the in store purchase order, I get the error popup “Access to report is denied. You do not have required positions/permissions to run this report.”
When I try to print pocket certificates, I just get a popup “error, something went wrong, try again.”
I had no problem when using legacy scoutbook. The only other change is that I am now also assistant cubmaster in addition to advancement chair? Not sure if having permissions for both is messing things up?
@MichaelVittoria you do not have Permissions to access the PO Functions - your Key3 can extend them to you.
I suggest Key3 review the info in these 2 links - A major focus of the migration to Scoutbook Plus is to have positions mirror the positions shown in My.Scouting to ensure positions were reflected accurately in both platforms. The main purpose it to honor the guidance of our charter organizations and the positions they approve. Therefore, Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions. Registered positions are used to provide base permissions. Some additional permissions can be added by the unit, however, there are restrictions on what can be given.
