Leader unable to renew?

I know we have had to merge her accounts and there were lots of issues at the back with her registration last year.

I finally had time to take a look at this.

Within my.Scouting.com under the My Applications–> Memberships tab I see Addison and Sydney’s names, but not mine.

If I select the My Applications tab, I see I have completed steps 1 and 2 of the application on April 7, 2024. The application status is COMPLETED. If I “review application” then I see:


If I select the My Renewals tab, I see Sydney and Addison’s accounts, but not my name.

@TammieZemler that is a call council - she is expired but should be in a grace period

It says Is_Current=No. You will have to ask council, but I think this one might need to apply like a new application instead of a renewal.
