I am unable to send an invitation to connect to registered leaders. They are on our unit’s roster.
With single sign on (SSO), you shouldn’t need to send them an invitation. They just log in with their my.Scouting username and password (or sign in with Google / Apple).

They should not need an invite - the same Username they use at my.scouting.org for YPT training should get them signed in
