Trouble inviting new leader to join Scoutbook

I have a new den leader who has never used Scoutbook before, and thus has never created an SB Account. He registered as an adult leader through my.scouting, and I accepted him through there as well. That auto-created his account in SB as a leader. Now I’m attempting to send him an invite to join Scoutbook and I get the " Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request. Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!" error. His profile still shows as “Not invited yet”

His scout ID # is 13844874

Can anyone assist with how I can get him invited? I’m afraid that if I have him register normally it will just duplicate accounts and muddy the waters.

Hummmm… I think at this point all he needs to do is login to Scoutbook.Scouting.Org with the same exact login and password he used on my.scouting.

@CoreyLeigh this user has the goggle login turned on - they just need to click that

Adding on to what Donovan said: this leader has Google log in turned on, so when he logs in to Scoutbook or my.scouting, he needs to use his Gmail and his Gmail password.
