Hello,
We recently migrated our unit to Scoutbook. Several of the adult leaders are list as pending because they have never signed into Scoutbook. I attempted to send them an invite, but I keep getting this message, “Whoops we have encountered an error trying to process your request. The webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP”. It has been several days but it doesn’t look like anything is being done to resolve it. What should I do?

At first glance it appears they can all log in using their my.scouting.org username/password. The invites are a little odd as I do not see any being sent.
