I’m assigning the new leadership positions in the Troop, but every time I try to save it I get the following error:
I’ve tried updating at a later time, but I keep getting this error.
Please provide the Scouting America Member ID (no names) for the Scout and the position you are trying to add.
The ID is 133681038 and the position is Patrol Leader.
I’m not at a place I can look up the Scout right now, but is the Scout assigned to a Patrol?
The Scout had an extra membership position I closed. The Scout is Scribe but that should not matter. @MarkNakano please try again
Yes, the scout is in a patrol. I also updated his previous leadership position so that it ended. I still can’t add him as a Patrol leader. I still get the same error.
I don’t see anything wrong. I will need to send this to the developers.
I just tried updating some other leadership positions for other scouts and I get the same error. It might be something is wrong with my account.
