Legacy Dashboard does not load

When reporting an issue with My.Scouting, please include all of the following items so we can better assist you:
1) Hardware: Desktop
2) Operating system: Windows 10 Pro
3) Browser: Chrome
4) using an Incognito Window in Chrome
5) Member ID & Council of person affected: MID100658427, #62 Adventure West Council

I can log in to My.Scouting. The new landing page loads fine and I can access the six buttons to the right of my name.

However, when I click the menu stack and choose Legacy Dashboard under recent tools, screen blinks and stays on my landing page. I can’t access anything related to my district or council positions/functional roles.

Incognito Window, when I click the menu stack, there are no recent tool entries, and no Legacy Dashboard choice.

After clicking Menu, at the bottom of the stack is a selector for the Unit/District/Council. Click on that and select the desired level. You should see other functions appear.

Lol, I did not notice that it’s a selector. I ignored it as it shows National Council, BSA 000.

Not your fault. Rare-to-never do you see a drop down in a menu.
