When I click on my dashboard in scoutbook I get a mostly blank page. All my scouts are missing. What do I do?

What page shows when you click My Dashboard?
I am having the same issue. I am trying to print a report however the entire Troop is missing. Please help. I get the same as Ashley stated. Blank Dashboard for Troop 1G.
Did you click on Administration after clicking on My Dashboard? It sometimes gets compressed.
Eric I clicked on administration and my den showed up. I’ve never had to do that before. I hope it works for you as well.

Is your unit position showing up as current in my.scouting under your profile? If so, please post your BSA ID, and SUAC folks can investigate further.
I see you are registered as a Committee Member in Trans Atlantic Council Troop 1B and 1G.
Please click on Administration then send a screen shot if it is still blank. It should at least expand to show several sections.
