I have a Scout who completed her BOR 05/27/25. I am unable to enter that date because it #3 Merit Badges is listed as being approved 06/29/25, but all of the Merit Badges were completed by 05/03/25. I am unable to enter the correct date of MB being complete.
When I attempt to enter the BOR date I get an error message about dates need to be equal or later than all requirements.
@LindaDavies this is a known bug - it is most likely caused from a merit badge completed between the dates. You can clear that merit badge, enter Life data and approve, then reenter MB - or wait for the fix - watch the change log for updates.
We deleted the MB with the date that matches the MB approval, but the date still has not changed.
Do we just need to delete the whole rank and reenter? We have a Court of Honor tomorrow.
You probably just have to unapprove all MBs beyond those required for the rank plus one more then reapprove that last one for rank.
Delete the BOR date - that should force recalulation if MB is cleared

If this doesn’t work, you may need to just complete a paper advancement report to purchase the life rank patch then update Scoutbook when the bug is fixed.
