Can’t record Life rank - incorrect Mb requirement date

Running into the same issue others have reported where I’m unable to complete Life rank for a scout due to requirement 3 showing completed after the actual BOR date.

Actual Life BOR date 6/22/2025

Life Requirement 3 (Merit Badges) shows it was completed and approved by me on 8/28/2025 (today) with completion of 7/24/2025. I did not do this.

All 11 MBs for Requirement 3 were completed on or before 5/13/2025

When attempting to mark Life complete on 6/22/2025 I get Error: Date completed should be later or equal to the last completed date for all requirements.

I need help on how to fix this one….and multiple other scouts and ranks. Requirement 3 should either match the latest MB date or I should be able to enter a date. I don’t understand why it says I completed and approved the requirement when I had no interaction with the requirement.

This is a Known issues being worked on. The approval is based on the last Merit badge, I think the issue is Star and Life are using every Eagle MB if it is on the rank or not. It is a pretty good mess.

Same issue here.
Scout’s Life rank was correctly approved on 6/30/23, with correct MB’s.
Scout requested I fill in some missing dates on First Class… Only way is un-approving ranks all the way back to First Class.
I un-approved Life, and Merit Badges got changed to some that were completed after 6/30/23.
Now I cannot re-approve back to the way it was. Help!
