We are a military family and just moved and when we switch to the new troop in myscouting daughter was not attached so that I can ensure her dues are paid. My Children are both attached to me in Scoutbook. Please help me attached so I can ensure we pay this years annual Scout Dues.

Second your current council is the only ones that can do this for you.
It seems to me like you should be able to see her. You may need to ask your council for guidance or to open a national member care ticket.
