One of our Scouts was dropped from our pack on March 9 due to an error in Scoutbook. (I don’t remember the exact error code.) His membership still shows active. His father Damon created an account and paid the dues but can’t get his account associated with Louis’ in order to fix it. He also can’t access Scoutbook Plus.
Could you help get these three things fixed please?

@PaulPetterson well that Scout MID is wrong I think - it seems the Scout is not registered in your unit - a Key 3 or Key 3 Delegate like you can go to my.scouting.org > click menu at top left > then find you unit > then go to Roster - this is official roster - the scout is not listed so not registered - you need to work with Family and Council to get that sorted out

This sounds like something that the council registrar will need to assist with. Typically, they have to associate the parent/guardian my.scouting account with the scout’s record as a parent/guardian “relationship” (that’s the buzzword to use) in the membership database. Then, that adult’s account will be able to see the youth, and will get the renewal notices (which sounds like it’s a factor in this case). It should also flow into SB/SB+ 24-28 hours later.
Again, all of this is dependent on getting the membership records (i.e. unit association) and payment current, which Donovan noted above. That should also be able to be managed by the parent(s) in collaboration with the unit leadership and the council registrar.
Ok thank you. You’re correct that the Scout is no longer on our roster, but his membership in the Alabama Council is still active and paid for (the father can log into the Scout’s account in Scoutbook and see that). So it’s just a matter of getting him added back to our pack, and the parent/child relationship added.
I will reach back out to the Council rep unless you can think of anything else to try.
@PaulPetterson pretty sure the scout is not registered - I see a log in but that means nothing in relation to a registration.
The number for Scout you posted was the Scoutbook User ID - it has this note on your pack membership - DateEnded by SP ExpireInvalidYouthUPsCreatedinSB after 3 Month Lapse
That says the scout was never registered and just there waiting on the registration

Ah ok - thank you again, I didn’t understand where the Scout was stuck. I’ll see if the father can get the registration finished, if not we’ll go through the council rep.
