A Lion scout parent mentioned getting Tiger scout email invites when I specifically have the Tiger events set up exclusively for Tiger Den - 8 and future scouts. When viewing the invite on Scoutbook it shows both the Tigers and Lions but they have a red note “*sub-unit change”. But when you select edit and look at the invitees, you just see the Tigers and their parents (it appears to be correct). I looked at the Roster and the Lions are Lions and the Tigers are Tigers as well. How do I fix this?

Hoping the screenshots help. When in the calendar I see scouts that aren’t in my Tiger den and they say *sub-unit change next to them. When I try to edit the event and remove those scouts, they are not in that view so I can’t manually remove them. I just see my Tigers in edit (second screen shot) Hopefully that makes more sense.
are these events on the Den calendar or the Pack calendar?
Are these Future or Past Events?

@MonicaD_Angelantonio so if you make an event today - are those scouts included? What is the date of an present event that has not passed yet that they show on?
Events in the past become static so things like attendees do not change.
March 18 is a future event. When I click on the event I see the other scouts added to my Tiger den, when I go to edit it, say the March 18 event, I can no longer see the “added” scouts. I just see my tigers

Was this event copied from another den?
For now my suggestion (especially for den meetings) just erase the old one and make a new one with correct scouts
The event was created by me and only duplicated for tigers if I did that at all. I had these set up a while ago and just recently it is adding other scouts. I did just try a new event and that seemed to work but with only 4 more den meetings for the spring I plan to just leave it. The odd thing is, I think they are random scouts from all different dens.
Just spitballing, but…are all of the “random” scouts new to the unit since the den events were created? I wonder if the automated adding of scouts to calendar events got “confused” and tacked them on to every event.
Also, out of curiosity, have you tried un-inviting a scout, saving, then re-inviting the scout to see if it resets the invitees list to only show the scouts currently in your den?
You are right, all the scouts added that aren’t in my den are newer than my events were setup. But no other dens are having this issue.
I wonder if that’s why if I go in to the event I see about 5 extra scouts but when I go to edit the event they aren’t there for me to delete. So something automated and glitching kind of makes sense.
